Cancellations & Cancellation Fees.

No refund for Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be given.
A last minute email and voice-mails do not constitute a cancellation.
No shows by customers are treated as a cancellation without notice, therefore no refund will be given for that specific visit.
Our technicians will wait for up to 15 minutes within the given timeslot for you to arrive.
